When you need a venue that has everything included, the Maine of Williamsburg has it. Indoor seating, a Grand Hall, a covered patio, a Sun Room, and beautiful landscapes are just the beginning of all the things offered at this venue.
What better way to celebrate a wedding than near the historic area of Williamsburg. The Colonial Williamsburg Historic Area is only 20 minutes from the venue.
Williamsburg played a significant role during the American Revolution. It’s part of Jamestown and Yorktown that creates the “Historic Triangle.”
A living history museum at Colonial Williamsburg Historic Area showcases live actors who depict a period of time on 300 acres when Colonial life thrived. You can also see 40 historic sites the way they were in the 18th century.
Just 20 minutes from this historic site is the Maine of Williamsburg, an event and wedding location for 250+ guests. Celebrate the union of life, collaborate on a business retreat, or have a family reunion at this newly constructed site.
There’s more than just a large seating area. Outside, there’s a covered patio (20′ by 50′) where your guests can mingle and sip drinks while viewing a large landscaped pasture. Guests also have access to a large parking lot when they arrive on site — no walking on gravel or dirt to get to the ceremony.
For the wedding party, the venue features two 400+ square foot dressing suites, both with make up areas. Each area is climate-controlled and has refrigerators.
For the reception, staff or caterers can prepare the meal with a warming kitchen, microwaves, a 3-compartment sink, refrigerator/freezer, and prep area.
