Our event venue in Williamsburg will be a brand-new space when it opens in 2021. We are currently booking dates for all events. It features enough space for a large or small gathering and hosts can take advantage of our indoor and outdoor spaces. We have designed our event venue on 14 conserved acres. The facility brings together rustic charm with southern elegance and has all the amenities that you are looking for in a space.
Indoor areas of the facility can seat up to 280 people. We include the set up and breakdown of all tables and chairs with the rental fees. The Grand Hall seats 180 and features a majestic fireplace, and the Sun Room seats 80. There is also a covered patio that is 30’ x 50’ and an outdoor veranda with a wood burning fireplace that is 60’ x 20’. The facility also has a caterer’s dream warming kitchen complete with everything food and drink vendors will need for the setup.
Colonial Williamsburg is steeped in history. Everyone can see that from the cobblestone streets and 18th century buildings in the historic district.
