Our staff have over 60 collective years of professional event planning management, community involvement, special event and corporate retreat planning. Our message and mission, is simple: to provide a location where all are welcome and all work is done in the name of love and acceptance. Our family is proud to convey that 14 acres of land has been placed in a Conservation Easement to ensure this quiet sanctuary remains peaceful and protected in the years to come. We have created and designed a venue that combines rustic charm and southern elegance with every amenity you could possibly need or want to make your event dreams come true.

We are located just 8 miles from Interstate 64 and 5 miles from Colonial Williamsburg and Richmond Road. We work with local vendors in the community and have an approved vendors list to include the best caterers, DJ’s, florists and wedding planners that the area has to offer. Tailwinds Ranch Wellness Center provides counseling programs for Veterans, Military, First Responders, Healthcare Providers and their families specializing in trauma, PTSD, and moral injury.
